Had an issue with a server that lead to having to restore an older hostapplicationconfig for the owa/iis from a history-
Long story short- can no longer send mail to anyone (we can receive) but all
created messages get stuck in drafts/outbox
all users/ owa or outlook
Going crazy trying to pinpoint this
