Is there a KB with more info on what they support on EC2? All I have been able to find is what is supported on Azure.

So I was at the AWS Summit today in New York and one of the session was talking about EC2 instances that supported guaranteed IOPS and went into some detail regarding running Exchange within EC2. I did not think this was something that was supported by Microsoft. Has this changed?
