In a responsible society............. 1..A leader's duty is to lead the contry,in a right,progressive direction.. 2..The duty of the govt. is to ensure the safety and security of the people,as a part of their governance. 3..The citizens not only enjoy fundamental rights,but also have to fulfil certain duties. 4..A soldier should always be ready to die for the nation. 5..A shaayar (or poet),is not meant,only to write romantic songs,or humorous poems,but he is also supposed to show the society,its real face,and encourage all the above to perform their duties. If everybody in this country starts performing their duties,honestly,then my friend there will be no problem left in this nation. Regards Inder Pal
