Off the top of my head, ATTRIBUTES="installs-nothing", so we can make
not installing anything fatal if this attribute isn't set.
I really hate that it's so easy to screw up, and uninstall a package
when you're not really paying attention while testing.

On the other hand, since the phases awareness was added I almost never
hit this anymore when I'm testing my own work.
