These are used in quite some packages.
I think that having the proper triplet-tools for toolchain is still the
right way to go, not just because of cross-compiling but also to be
explicit about the compiler. If we're going to remove tc-* I'd like to
see at least comments in the exheres to indicate which package need to
be told the proper arch toolchain tools.
