I want to create installer not only for exherbo.
If you're smart, then you'll create an installer to be used on usb sticks, which
you can actually use as a root fs during the installation. Just like it's done
with live cds.
You have to start the installer from some medium (cd, usb) anyway...
Because i work in company, that uses Xen cloud services - first of all i
need install over network =)

Yes. But now we have not this option. After some time i'm add nfs and
other.
Sounds like you should rethink your company rules.
