Previously the Exherbo mirrors where named "exherbo" in Arbors mirror configuration. This meant that paludis would not automatically fall back to these mirrors as it tries to use a mirror named as the master repository, in this case "arbor".
We have now fixed this, which means people can stop doing things like having " * http://distfiles.exherbo.org/distfiles/"; in /etc/paludis/mirrors.conf resulting in _everything_ being fetched from our mirror.
