For e.g. BSD licences we have: "Copyright (c) <YEAR>, <OWNER>" and "3. Neither the name of the <ORGANIZATION> nor the names of its ..." which means the licence file can be used for any license where year, owner, organization is set to something specific.
I would like to do the same thing for PSF-2.2. Move it to PSF and have <PLACEHOLDER> in there, so it will also work as licence file for Matplotlib (probably other): http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/users/license.html Any objections?
