It has; I discovered this trying to work out why I couldn't get it to
build on 4.0.9 and upstream says they removed it because it's old,
full of bugs and security exploits.

>From what I remember of a talk Tridge gave to the local LUG on WAF,
this is more along the lines of "understand Samba's customised WAF",
as the intent of WAF was for people to grab a copy, shove it in their
package's repository and customise it as needed.
