bigcrypt() or the possibility to do a /usr/lbin/tsconvert did exist in v10.01, which is the oldest release I still remember more or less in detail. 9.03 was the first HP-UX I touched, but I cannot tell if there already was the trusted system functionality - although I think so.
yes, i'm interested in everything you can provide, though i'm not actually promising anything. for starters, its probably enough if you can find out for me when has this bigcrypt appeared in hp/ux, some test data (some text in clear, and encrypted with bigcrypt), and its man page would be nice.
