I am using exim version 4.54 on linux with kernel 2.4.28. Suddenly in logs the following problem starts to occur, and this continues until i restart the exim service.
This seems to be a problem with number of active connection but the established connetions where almost none. the file descriptors opened in that case where normal only 4. When i connected the server exim didn't even send the banners...
