There's some information in http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/EnvelopeSenderInReceived (even though it's mainly about envelope sender). This will not work if there is more than one recipient, but SA also uses various headers, e.g. X-Envelope-To, so this one should contain the full recipient list, I think.
