I think it is probably time to pull together a 4.64 release as it has been quite a while since 4.63. I am therefore about to start working on updating the documentation, and won't be adding any more new features until after 4.64 is out. Important bugs may, however, may get fixed. I'll put out a release candidate when I've updated everything, and hope to have 4.64 out sometime before Christmas.
