Patch to add behavior choice

This patch keeps the same behavior of !=, but adds four more match-conditions:
==, !==, =&, and !=&. These can be interpreted as:
= Any RR matches the list [exists(RR in list)]
!= No RR matches the list [not exists(RR in list)]
== All RRs match the list [all(RR in list)]
!== Any RR doesn't match the list [not all(RR in list)]

As before, there is no difference between the '=' and '==' families unless
multiple IP addresses are returned by the DNS lookup, some of which are in the
list and some of which aren't.
