Please show some evidence for this. In which ACL have you put that? What do you see in your log files? What is in your list of +relay_to_domains? Have you tried testing with -bh and -d to see what is happening in detail? I'm afraid that reports of the form "this doesn't work" are almost impossible to deal with.
