Sure. It gives me security FUD, but it looks like it should be OK if it runs under a unique user (e.g. anoncvs) with no groups and the CVSREADONLYFS environment variable set to suppress errors caused by lack of privilege. (I note that "nobody" is getting quite privileged since it owns the ftpd and rsyncd...)
