Hi,

spec.txt contains a real_localuser router in two places which can be used to
bypass local filters. Since spammers can use it to, eh, bypass local filters as
well, it would probably be a good idea to restrict this router to decline for
messages that originated at a remote site.

There is some discussion about this topic in Debian BTS issue #307768, but only
in a side line.
