http://www.exim.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=510 Summary: real- router in docs should be limited to locally generated mail Product: Exim Version: 4.67 Platform: Other OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: wishlist Priority: medium Component: Documentation AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] QAContact: [email protected] Hi, spec.txt contains a real_localuser router in two places which can be used to bypass local filters. Since spammers can use it to, eh, bypass local filters as well, it would probably be a good idea to restrict this router to decline for messages that originated at a remote site. There is some discussion about this topic in Debian BTS issue #307768, but only in a side line.
