That's actually what prompted me to talk to Nigel about just switching over for real. git-cvsimport isn't so wonderful, and I'm not entirely sure why the latest tags are missing on tahini. cvs2git is much better, but doesn't do incremental upgrades. So it's not so useful for running a 'shadow' tree as we have at the moment, but we _could_ just do a new conversion with cvs2git and switch over to it as the primary tree. We could even provide cvspserver access to the git tree, if we really must.
