I'd ask my distributor to reconsider if they did that. I have 100+ machines with exim which only forward to my mail server. For the one mail server it is reasonable to compile in the extra featires I need or remove those I can live without, but the 100+ machines ought to be running the version from the distribution. -- Dr. Andrew C.
