So I'm working here with machine translation, as I don't speak Polish, but it
appears that the MKSD authors are at work on some Shiny New Project which
launches in 14 days:
  http://www.filemedic.pl/

Since they boast of their antivirus expertise, there seems a reasonable chance
that they'll still have anti-virus support. If they're sensible, they'll use
an interface which already exists, perhaps keeping to the mksd interface.

Exim has anti-virus support for a number of scanners, some commercial, some
not. Without a compelling reason, we'll happily include interface code for a
scanner, even though maintaining the code is then heavily dependent upon
external patches as we can't do end-to-end tests ourselves.

So, around Tuesday 20th, we should know more about what's happening here. In
the meantime, we might as well leave the existing scanner code in place.
