http://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1153 Summary: unknown lookup type Product: Exim Version: 4.76 Platform: Other OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: bug Priority: high Component: Lookups AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [email protected] CC: [email protected] I have serious problem with exim doing weird things. My exim 4.76 is built with dynamic lookups and some messages end up like this: +++ 1R4Qg0-00014g-Ci has not completed +++ 2011-09-16 07:09:24 [4134] 1R4Qg0-00014g-Ci unknown lookup type "" In exim spool only 1R4Qg0-00014g-Ci-D file stays, 1R4Qg0-00014g-Ci-H doesn't exist (maybe existed but was deleted by exim). Loosing messages looks like very bad thing to do for exim. After some time I end up with spool taking over 20GB of *-D data files. Since *-H doesn't exist then also mailq doesn't see these. "unknown lookup type" shouldn't have that serious impact. (Going to disable dynamic modules now to see if it changes anything). -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.exim.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email -- ## List details at https://lists.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-dev Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ##
