"DISABLE_DKIM=yes" is set in the Makefile but in the past DKIM was not
mandatory so I assume it is a bug but unrelated to your malware refactoring.

Its still his :) but just arises from some of his other excellent work.

Jeremy, 6e62c454 introduced this, in:

     Document (and enforce) that DKIM-signing is not supported in cobination 
with cutthrough routing

Wups!  Oh well, at least the fix is obvious.  Pushed.
Now I guess I should really set up a non-dkim buildfarm animal...
