Hello,

My name is Luis and I am a ShareFile technical support engineer. ShareFile is
an online data storage company.

We have a common customer in common 'WellEZ'.

Robb Wilcox '[email protected]' utilizes 'WellEZ' which utilizes EXIM.

'WellEZ' Document management system is not able to send emails with a file
attachment to a ShareFile. Opening this ticket for further clarification on
what could be the issue.

Do you send messages with the file name in the name parameter of the
content-type header instead of the filename parameter of the
content-disposition header?

I believe the issue is we aren't receiving the file name parameter.
