patch to undef EXIM_HAVE_OPENSSL_CHECKHOST if LibreSSL is present
exim dosn't link on OpenBSD 5.7 since LibreSSL is missing X509_check_host. Also
LibreSSL says it's openssl version 0x20000000L which confuses things a bit.
Patch attached, only compile + exim -bV tested!
P.S. I noticed this after upgrading the exim build farm member "rocker" to
OpenBSD 5.7
