If the chunk data follows hard on behind the BDAT command line, in
non-PIPELINING
mode a synch error will be thrown. Exchange Server sources have been seen to
trigger this.
Solution will require defining BDAT as a non-synch command even for non-pipe
mode, and place an explicit synch check before emitting the chunk ack.
