The paths for the change logs in src/CHANGES are incorrect.
I suspect a general cleanup of these files needs to be done - ideally someone
going through all of these with eyes that have not been blinded by seeing this
information all before...
Additionally we should process the changelog information (and maybe New stuff
too) into a web version that could be put up on the main website and referenced
from the release announcements. Changes info requires either git digging or
routing into a slightly obscure directory structure right now.
