To ease automated parsing of log lines while retaining human-readbility,
have a new logging option to place labels on all currently-unlabelled fields.
For instance the peer IP is commonly unlabelled at present; we would need to
define and document new labels ("SIP=" and "DIP=" for sender and destination
IPs?).
We want to think hard about the elements in current log lines that are
free-form text, and how spaces embedded in such might be quoted so that
the resulting log line has a simple space-sep list of label=value pairs.
Note that labels are already multi-letter.
