I can do it with sender, since it does accept no_cache option; this is not available for header_sender. The documentation say nowehere that sender_header is forced to use cached *sender* result [a different acl command] if it exist, regardless of option clash. Also I do not remember that the documentation said anywhere that I am not allowed to make same tests in separate places with different options. I understand that this is your opinion, but I'd prefer if it would work according to the documentation instead.
