Is this crash reproducible?
I noticed that you use Exim 4.89. Can you try installing the head of the
exim-4_89+fixes branch (from the official Exim Git repository). The lateste
commit on that branch should be 4b9e57976eaf0611bd5ff666eba60dc2a07f0ea3
