The testsuite assumes it can use (all of) Net 10, meaning it fails when
run on a system living there. Need a way of working in such environments.
Possibilities:
- clever choice of a subset of 10.0/8 to work in, avoiding the part used by
the environment
- switching over to a different RFC 1918 range when needed, eg 172.16/12
- isolating the network used, by containerisation or similar
