As I suggested in a previous mail on -dev (and suggested by Andrew A too), I'd
vote for keeping the warning, but issue it only once at startup (same as we do
it with keep_environment).

This should be easy to implement. I'll do it, if nobody objects.

My other suggestion is, to implement a new option like `supress_warnings =
...`, accepting a string list for pre-defined warning categories. Probably more
complexitiy for implementation.

I'd work hard to keep the current default (offering TLS with an on-the-fly
generated self-signed certificate).
