Yes, hosts_avoid_pipelining has fixed the dropped connections, and email is now
delivered immediately:

Presumably provoked by some change in the pipelining in 4.95. Are we likely to
run into the same problem with other people, or was this yahoo.co.jp being
particularly broken?
