Having to remove and re-add A-R headers, using a ${filter {$lh_ {!match
is both awkward and disturbs original positioning.
Something that combs the existing headers would be good,
especially if it wasn't specialized to A-R headers.
Perhaps a selector option on the remove_header ACL modifier?
