There's an error message that could use some added info to help identify
the problem being noted:
2023-07-13 08:15:41 TLS error (SSL_read): error:0A000412:SSL routines::sslv3
alert bad certificate
At the very least a remote IP, but preferably the entire host-info, plus
R= T= for outbound (or "on connectino from" for inbound and optional
local IP, port.
