Oh, that's interesting. Could you try, instead of adding to CFLAGS, in
OS/Makefile-Base about line 130 change to
$(FE)$(CC) -c $(CFLAGS) -DMACRO_PREDEF $(INCLUDE) $(TLS_INCLUDE) \
-o $@ macro_predef.c
This might not be sufficient; I can imagine the build rules for
macro-tls.o
macro-dkim.o
macro-signing.o
might need similar additions.
