I've examined the Fedora EPEL source RPMs for both 4.98 and 4.99, and they have no relevant patches (and they each have the same patches - almost all just modifying build configuration and the default configuration file): https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=44905531 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=42294058 The exim configuration file's modification date is several months ago (i.e. it worked on exim 4.98, and works again having rolled back to 4.98), and I don't think that line has been touched for several years.
