Es steht doch alles da: "Sender address not allowed". Wenn Du als Absender "[email protected]" verwendest, möchte diese Mail kaum jemand haben. Der Absender sollte heute i.d.R. wenigstens eine zustellfähige Domain (MX/-Records vorhanden) haben. Einige Sites machen sogar noch Callbacks, um rauszufinden, ob der Absender-Nutzer Mails empfangen würde.
