Exim 2.4????
exim -qf
will ignore retry times (maybe - I don't remember stuff that far back -
exim 2.x was sometime last millenium).
A better bet is to work out why mail isn't moving. Its likely to be DNS
or other routing data related, or a machine/OS problem (ie space).
