headers_add is cumulative, maybe the message is making multiple
passes through the redirect router? EG:
Original recipient is [EMAIL PROTECTED], and aliases file contains:
faculty: science, engineering, math
science: physics, chemistry, comp_sci
physics: prof1, prof2
