That is just a late symptom, not the cause. :)
Commenting out the 'sbl' bit in SPECIAL_RBLS prevented the problem from
occurring :-)
Your excerpt above does not refer to any content scanning tests. It
seems highly unlikely, therefore, that it is related to the error that
you quote above.
Now in bugzilla, I wrote a comment there. John, please get back to me
when you have some time for further debugging.
