Matt and Nick, can you please confirm this contention, and if so, ensure
it gets fixed in your product? This thread started at:

You might want to consider hiring an Exim expert to have a good critical
look at your exim configuration -- a number of serious issues with it
have come up recently.
At the very least, please set smtp_banner to clearly state the cPanel
version in it, so that future complaints of this type are correctly
directed at you instead of the exim mailing list.
