This only happens sometimes and not everytime a Mail is sent to those hosts.
Is this a Problem of my exim or is this a Problem of the Mailserver that
should receive the mails?
Looks like the former, but there's not enough information to say why.
Try testing with "exim -bt", and if that's not enough, with "exim -bh".
