The problem was that "AuthenticatedSmtpUsingIMAP" doesn't properly match
the wiki's rules for automatically creating links - because it contains
more than one consecutive capital, I think. Unfortunate for a topic (Exim)
which is bound to be swimming in acronyms that you want to display in
capitals.
