Yes. You need libspf 1.2.x.

No, but even 1.2.x has a bug in "make install" that misses to copy one
include file. But that can be easily fixed manually.

So I can upgrade my libspf2 port (manually editing distinfo and
Makefile.. ) and then I can do what I was doing w/ exim and it
should (tm) work?
