Opps should have given a bit more info.

domainlist local_domains = @ : nikken.co.uk

dnslookup:

remote:
  driver = dnslookup
  domains = !  +local_domains
  transport = remote_smtp

  no_more

looking at what you have mentioned I will try adding beefcake to the 
local_domains. Then take it from there.

Either that, or a 'self=send' in the appropriate router if you're  
redirecting to localhost itself.
