Ah, I've checked out vexim now and I see that that file is just a small
part of the RCPT acl. That makes more sense. Actually it's not really
needed at all.
Please send the full bounce message with all headers as well as relevant
lines from Exim's log file.
I cant find where i can see the full header view in outlook xp:
