See this thread: http://www.exim.org/mail-archives/exim-users/Week-of-Mon-20050613/msg00002.html Summary: I do not have ipv6 connectivity. However, my exim is compiled with ipv6 by my distro. There is* a strange bug where exim isn't falling back to ipv4 properly, causing retry timeouts for sites with ipv6 MX addresses in DNS, such as sesame. * Or maybe was -- I don't know if the underlying bug was ever fixed, or even made it onto Philip's radar, because I found a workaround and didn't persue it. I probably should have, sorry. - Marc -- ## List details at http://www.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-users ## Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ## Please use the Wiki with this list - http://www.exim.org/eximwiki/
