You make it sound so easy. I already pay $110 per month for comcast TV and cable internet. Adding additional ISP charges is not really a good idea. Plus one doesn't always have a choice. Comcast is the ONLY cable provider for me. I don't have a land phone line (cell only), so DSL is out of the question -- plus it's orders of magnitude slower. Why do you say 'correctly'? I am a responsible admin on the net. I am not an open relay. I don't spam. Why shouldn't I be allowed to use ALL the features of the internet -- just because some spammers out there have ruined things from the community way they used to be a few years ago, doesn't mean I should be punished for that. In my opinion, correctly should be -- everyone is innocent until proven guilty and there would be no /24 RBLs and prejudice (as many on this list have). I am not able to pay $500/month for a "business line" and static IP. I used to have a static IP for $5 more / month, and then the depricated that service. I'm trying to do things right, within the budget and knowledge limitations I have. Why are so many people on this list so elitist?
