The [EMAIL PROTECTED] is one of ours, the mailrelay1-gui.etc.. is our
NTL backup MX server, mail.ant.co.uk is mine internal MX that gets
the email from the lowest MX server which sits in the DMZ.

If the messages are wanted you can add

warn hosts = 194.168.54.49
    control = no_enforce_sync

to an appropriate acl (often, but not necessarily, acl_smtp_connect).

But I don't understand the looping part. The first and fourth lines
don't look like they have anything to do with the second and third ones.
Which users, hosts and messages are yours?
