As Magnus wrote, you can do it with an autoreply router (before your
redirect router).
I didn't think much about it, but something like this could work:
list_reply_router:
driver = accept
local_parts = yourlist
senders = ${your list addresses lookup here}
transport = list_reply_transport
unseen
...
list_reply_transport:
driver = autoreply
subject = List members
to = $sender_address
from = [EMAIL PROTECTED]
text = List members are: ${your list addresses lookup here}
